The Fix East Rand Mall, Service delivery needs a Fix...

The Ladies at the East Rand Mall store need help with their attitude. Yesterday was the second time I receive bad service from them. First incident occurred last year, while shopping one of the ladies came with her mop and mopped my feet. When I asked her why she did that she told me she was cleaning. So clearly I must move out the way. okay, I let that go. Yesterday, we get to the store at 6:45pm which is supposed to close at 7pm and the doors are lowered as if they are closing. As we are about to go in they tell us they are closed. We ask why because the store is supposed to close at 7pm, a lady called Ellen or Helen with her colleagues gave us attitude and told us to go in quickly because they want to close. This is unacceptable, they need to be called into order. While walking around the store we could hear them making remarks about us.
