The FIX Despatch Worst Customer Service EVER

Absolute worst customer service I have received from The FIX in Despatch, Eastern Cape EVER. Will never buy anything from any The FIX stores again. My daughter was a frequent customer at The FIX. We wanted to return pants because it didn't fit her outfit that well. On return it was alledged that the pants contain powder marks, no marks could be detected by us. No cash back. It was then offered, they will accept the pants, if she would take something else of the same value in the store. I would like to report this to rhe highest level of The FIX management possible. I am not going to leave it here. If you don't want to accept something, then don't accept it at all, but to make a suggestion to a child, if you take something else, we will accept it then. I will take this further via a lawyer. You will close your doors in Despatch. Shameful at the best.
