The FIX clothing retailer refusing to refund/return

I bought my very tall thirteen year old daughter a jean shorts and long pair of jeans at The FIX clothing store. She put on the full length jean when she got home, taking off the labels with the intention to wear it. After trying it with a few different shirts/shoes etc, she took it off, not liking how "baggy" it felt. I tried to take it back (still in 100% same condition, and with a slip) and they just refused to refund me/exchange it. Now I have a just short of R400 pair of jeans that will be lying in her cupboard, unworn, even though I bought it less than a month ago, simply because the pricetag is no longer on. I have had no other problem returning clothes in this condition with a slip to any other retail store. Sadly, thatis the last time I will be shopping at The FIX. Pity too, because my daughter tends to like their clothes. 😔
