The fix Carnival Mall sell used phones as brand new

I am very dissapointed with the service I am receiving from the fix Carnival Mall. I bought a phone in January 2023 and April the phone went mute. I took it for repair 11th April to date I am still waiting. It been a month and clearly vodacome is unable to fix the phone. They need to give me a new phone because it a total inconvenience to me. They don't cell proper phones , I paid close to 3k and now I must wait , clearly they sell refabrished devices and not new things. I want a new phone.
