The Fix Cape Town Golden Acre closes before closing time and chase customers away

I went to The Fix in Cape Town Golden Acre after work on Friday the 16th February 2024, I needed to get something quick for the event that I was going to on Saturday morning. Because I knock off at 5pm I managed to get there exactly at 5:20pm and the door was half closed, I get in the cashier told me they’re closed but their closing time is 5:30pm and I told her politely that Foschini which is right next to them is still open and with an attitude she told me that “We are not Foschini” the customers that were inside were so shocked I felt so embarrassed and I left with disappointment.
