<p> </p> <p>I felt so disgusted and humiliated when I walked out of the shop yesterday. I walked into the shop saw a few sale railing advertised as R49 or R99, etc. No notice to indicate no longer on sale or no staff came up to me to say we busy removing sale tags take the normal price into consideration.</p> <p> Anyways I saw a black evening shorts for R99. Get to the pay point and the girl helping me (short light of complexion) said its no longer on sale...at that point I was fine and was willing to pay R199....I was just doing my monthly sums in my head for a sec. Never the less while standing the lady advised they busy removing the sale tags (very nicely) and a another staff lady (darkish with short dyed hair) comes to the till point raised her voice with a stink attitude and said "YA BECAUSE WE BUSY" . I shop at the fix all the time but if this is the type of ratchet staff you employ then I can honestly say I will rather pay extra at another place than be screamed at and receive attitude.</p> <p>I walked out of the shop to my car and was in dis believe. I would’ve taken the shorts but that experience was disgusting.</p> <p> </p> <p>If your staff's morale is low or they not happy, please let it not become the customer's problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Shannon</p>
