Tfg- The Fix are ********

During these hard times we are living in, The Fix has decided to rob me of my money! I placed an order for jeans more than two months ago. On the 9th of May I received an email saying part of my order was cancelled but I never received my refund. I have sent emails. I have called the call centre numerous times. I have been promised callbacks by managers but nobody has ever gotten back to me! I have lost my damn job and I need my money! I am taking this to the ombudsman if I dont get any response! I will be taking it to twitter too! My order ref is: p***
