TFG is doing *******ion

Good evening My name is Tumi Mahlangu, I started working at the fix (TFG) in Middleburg Mall Mpumalanga in May 2022 I then signed a contract that stated that I will only be employed for a month. So as time went my manager then signed me as a permanent flexi which is called a 108. So today on the 12 July 2022 I went to work then my Area manager came to our shop and called me to the back to tell me that I will be moved to a new shop in witbank and I will start working on the 5th of November but the problem is that I then was told to not come to work until the 5th of November and I signed a contract stating that I'm a permanent flexi. I feel like that this is an unfair decision that was made on behalf of me
