Terrible service!

I went to the fix in N1 city to buy a cellphone during my lunch time, the service was horrible!! I got there at 14:30 told Cebisa who was behind the counter, who then called Zimkita to come assist me I waited she eventually came and went to fetch it. I waited for her while looking at other phones when I turned around she is busy filling rails with new stock. I was so shocked I then asked her to bring a memory card with she continued brought the phone and asked Lerato to assist me with the sale whom is very arrogant and rude.She could not help me as she claimed not to know how to sell a phone.At 14:50 m still at store Zimkhitha is busy with the stock I then told lerato that I can not be waiting for 25 minutes for a cellphone sale.Lerato said its not her fault that she does not know how to do her job and told me that I came late so I can not complain about their service and lack of urgency. I was shook by her terrible service.I only left at 15:05 imagine!
