Terrible service at The Fix Phola Mall

I would like to complain about The Fix phola mall kwa mhlanga. I bought a shirt this morning it was on special. Wheci was about to leave the mall I find that I took the wrong size, quickly went back to the shop to exchange to the right size and the two ladies refused. They said they don't exchange sale items, asked where is it written and they say it's the law, checked the back of the slip and it's not written. Telling me they can't help me I must come back tomorrow when the manager is there. THERE WAS NO POLICY WRITTEN THAT YOU CAN'T EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS, THEY ALSO DIDN'T TELL ME WHEN I WAS BUYING
