Terrible Service

I went to The Fix Store in Vryburg Market Street to get myself a sweater that I saw online, I then got to the shop and requested to fit the item, however I was informed that there's a rule that white items can't be fit, I requested to see the manager for better understanding and the manager backed the information. I then asked what if I buy the item and fit at home and I don't like it, then I was told I can return it provided I return it in the same condition, so I asked then what's the purpose of a fitting room when I would have to drive to my house and fit and return the item in Event that I don't like it... I have a all white event that I need to attend and I believe it's contrary that you fit exactly what you would want to purchase and I was advice to fit something I did not come to buy, the manager started giving attitude as if I don't know what I'm talking about, she was impatient with me and rude... Instead of finding a solution she said if I didn't want to buy the I should just leave... That's the kind of service we are getting from The Fix or should I say the Destroy
