TERRIBLE RETURNS

I ordered from them in Nov and I wasn't happy with the product so I called to log a return that very day and i was told that the parcel would be collected from me in 3 to 10 working days. 14 working days later, I had to go to Markham (there is no The Fix where I stay) and leave the parcel there. 5 days later, the courier called me asking if I have the parcel and i told them where to find it. 2 more weeks went by and no communication from them. no reply to emails and no one answers the phone. It's been over a month now and I still haven't received my money back. I have lost more money buying airtime to try and call them. STAY AWAY FROM THE FIX (esp online) THE QUALITY OR TERRIBLE AND THE SERVICE IS EVEN WORSE. UNLESS YOURE CERTAIN THE ITEM IS WHAT YOU WANT AND ACCURATE SIZE DONT BUY, YOU WILL GET HEADACHES TRYING TO GET THEM TO GIVE YOU BACK YOUR MONEY. (ooh and btw, during the same time i received an order from superbalist but the size was wrong, I logged a return and the following day the parcel was collected, 3 days later I had the new item in the correct size)
