Terrible experience at THE FIX centurion mall.

My ID was disposed at the FIX in centurion mall, cashier didn't give me back my ID after doing a laybye..confirmed that my ID was by them in a phone call after 5 days I went to collect on my arrival I was told it was disposed my the manager named Dipuo.. customer service was disgusting

Reached out to centurion mall management for assistance but got no update,my rights have been violated as a customer and no one to answer.i need someone at the TFG head office to contact me at ***
