such bad service

On the 24th of December I went to return a top at fashion express in bellville....I first told the lady at the till that I do not have the tag but I still have the slip as I was going to wear the top on the 23rd but it was too small for me <br> the lady was soooo rude to me she told me that the top smalls like perfume and that I wore the top obviously I wore the top that is how I saw it was small and the manager was next to her he was the rudest manger ever instead of explaining the process to me he was rude thrn took my staff and left because they couldn't assist me as the customer they were suppose to explain to me then tell me what's happening <br> I will never visit that stupid store ever again
