stop harrasing me with stupid text and bogus charges

as a business I can understand that you guys need to collect money if there's any balance owed by the client my brother had and account with you guys this is an account number I found ********** ********** 03852 I hope its the correct one anyway he had an account with you guys he started missing payments up until I took over his account I made an arrangement with one of your consultants some time ago and I have been paying the account every month except 1 month I skipped anyways I brought the account up to date and was advised last year October to pay the final amount which I did to my surprise you guys waited till the charges added now you are still sending messages to my number about suitable payment arrangement they have it on their record my brother is unemployed that his contract has ended but yet they keep adding charges to the account and sending text messages so this Is what I want firstly send me a text if you have decided to remove this ridiculous charges alternatively send me a complaints reference number as I am going to take this to the national credit regulator if you don't stop harassing me and close that account down if you can proof to me he still owe you guys money for the stuff he has taken on account I will be happy to pay it but do not expect me to pay for collections letters that I never asked you to send or text messages I never asked you to send any bogus charges I am not paying why In any way would you charge a unemployed person anything extra when he couldn't even pay his own damn account
