still waiting for my phone

i was told to fetch my phone on saturday, when i arrived i waited 15minutes with no assistance. then some lady came and told me that i wont get my phone as their manager's father passed away. i am so angry, i dont want that cell phone anymore. i want my money back ASAP because this retail store does not value their customers, they even told my sister that i should not have complained in the first place because i am a black person. so now i understand how things work at this store, if my skin clour was different then i would have gotten my phone on the date that they have promised. I DO NOT TRUST THIS RETAIL STORE ANYMORE BECAUSE CLEARLY IT IS BASED ON THE COLOUR OF YOUR SKIN, SO BECAUSE IM BLACK I WONT GET THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I DESERVE.
