Staff ******* service

I place a keep aside on Monday the 27th February because it was loadshedding at the gugulethu store. I sent an 18 year old to collect and pay on my behalf and she was told she cnt purchase the items or get them as people ***** people's keep asides. Like what ****en nonsense is that. How would anyone know my name or that I hv a keep aside at the store. What **** service is that? I want those item kept
