staff of this store don't care about customers

On Friday march 3 I visited the store to pay my account upon arrival I was greeted by a very nice lady who was glad to assist me and I noticed she was the only staff on the floor, but told me she will get someone to assist with my payment as she is not on the till. She called a lady by the name of Tina 3 times to assist me and only after more than a minute a coloured lady with reddish hair came out from the back with her mouth stuffed with food.I was so shocked but walked around the store about 10 minutes later 2 coloured ladies and a guy exited the backup area laughing and talking as if they having a party. Being a regular customer I returned to the store today and found the same 2 coloured ladies engaging in their own conversation not giving a second thought about customers which Is very upsetting we as customers are the reason these stores even exist there wasn't even anyone around to assist me to get an item of the wall.I strongly suggest that staff are properly trained with customer skills so that customers like myself are given excellent service it is pathetic for such a huge company to employ such ill mannered people who can't even greet
