Servicedesk manager gives poor poor service

I phoned to Fashion Express HO and got through to the service desk manager, Salwah Booysen,and asked for the number of a store. She gave me the number but when I informed her that the number is always busy whenever I phone she got impatient and rude and told me to 'well' try again. When I told her she is very unprofessional, she shouted at me and told me that she is in fact very professional.
