secutity tags not removed from the clothes

I was at Fashion express alberton city on the 6th of December to purchase the clothes for my daughter,at the tills I was helped by fikile she didn't remove the plastic tags from 2 items and when I left the store it didn't make the sound,i realised it on Tuesday nigh so I took the to the nearest fashion express at Chris Hanni mall they couldn't't help me as they don't have the machine to remove them.i went back to alberton yesterday to take them out when I entered the store they started making sound and the ladies art the till look at me ,I said to them they forgot to remove them,the middle one without a name tag with the long braids she stated shaking her head she just grabbed the plastic and said to my daughter stand in the queue ,so I just stand next to the till she said how did u leave the shop with this and why did u try to take them out. if this clothes was torn it was gonna be ur fault .I told her is not my fault because for me to go back it cost me petrol and the time she never apologised she just remove them and put it in the plastic pushed it back to me and help the next customer
