Rude worker claiming she is the manager.

I just came from the fix as I was paying a rude lady called akhona mzonela was so rude she told me if I can't control my child I must get out of the shop and leave. My daughter got angry asking why is she acting like that to her customers her reply was if she takes of her mask(keep in mind she was wearing it getting ready to pay for her items) she must also get out of HER shop. She continued standing in the queue and the teller ladies rep**** with "I wonder who will help her". We asked for the managers number they refused to answer us until we got it after 5minutesbwe got out the shop angry after 30 minutes my daughter came back to try and purchase the items again then this Akhona Mzonela told her she mustn't come back it's her store. She ran after my daughter when she was coming to the car telling her she mustn't ever set foot there she never apologized for her actions but instead she was rude. If nothing happens to this Akhona character I will be sure to contact Metro FM and the newspaper and this will be out and if she doesn't get suspended or fired I will make sure The Fix in Greenacres gets shut down. Because my daughter always buys her clothing from The Fix now for this to happen is very upsetting
