Rude-unhelpfull staff

Good Day <br> I would like to log a complaint with the pathetic customer service on the 25th and 26th September 2015 at the Fashion Express store in N1 City. <br> After work on Friday 25 September at about 17.45 i went to the store to purchase the Vodaphone smart Tab. When asking for assistance from the floor assistance the directed me to the lady who was in working in this department. When approaching this lady all she said was \ WAG EK SAL NOU MET JOU WEES"in a very rude tone not asking what I'm approaching here for and not asking which language i would be comfortable with. waiting for 5-10 minutes and still not been attended to I left the store. Bearing in mind the store was not busy when this happen. The following day Saturday 26th September I returned to this store as this was the only store I could find the Vodaphone of R1299. At my return i was directed to this same rude lady of the previous day. This time I was with my mom who also wanted to make a payment on her account. when coming to the front of the line my mom politely told the sales assistant helping at the till who was a guy that she would like to make a payment and purchase a phone.
