Rude Store assistant

Store Assistant: Tlhalefo Makamole

This absolute ******* of a service that I received from the above mentioned assistant at The Fix Mall of Africa is beyond appalling... I asked to exchange and he asked me unnecessary irrelevant questions, I reprimanded him and he started physically threatening me by pointing at me and talking to me in a disorderly manner. He then said I must go to a manager for exchange cause he wont assist me I'm crazy. I asked for a refund and left. Never am I shopping at that store ever and I want this to be handled by TFG head office. Or else I'm opening a case of assault.
