Rude manager at The FIX Sam Ntuli

I was at the FIX Sam Ntuli Mall. The store manager is rude to the staff in front of customers. She even shouts and speaks rudely to her staff as if they can't think . The lady was trying to assist me while I was standing behind a gentleman and she saw that what the gentleman is asking will take too long the lady asked the gentleman kindly if she can assist me so she can help the guy with whatever he needed without having to rush.... The lady at the till then asked for a void from one of the other store workers. The lady who was supposed to assist started shouting at her so bad in front of all customers and other store workers. that's when I realized it is the manager she treats her staff really bad. The FIX should stop hiring people who don't have customer service as all the time when I go to one there is always a tude manager
