Rude cashiers and bad customer service

I went to the store around 9 in the morning on the 16th of May 2020 to get a refund on one of the items I bought. The cashier blatantly told me they don't have money and kept quiet, I was the one who had to ask her so what must I do? Should I come back later and she said yes. I came back an hour later, they still said the store doesn't have money. Now I'm annoyed and I asked what should I do then, she says to me I don't know what do you want us to do. You can wait for a customers to buy something then we can give you your money. I'm telling her you are making your problems mine, I came early because I want to go early before the mall gets full. She says they have a problem with miney in the morning, whose problem is it. When i say tjat she becomes rude and exchanges a few words with me. I had to wait there for another 15 to 30 minutes while no one was buying anything and I'm pregnant. She then decides to do me a favor and refund me from her own pocket. I will never go to that store again.
