RUDE

I bought items at the Fix store in Alberton city I was assisted by the lady called Charity who was nice at first when I do my purchase, however she didn't give back my reward card , I phoned the following day in the morning the person who answered the phone asked me to hold the line and then she put the phone down and started charting until I hang up, I then went to the shop later ask for charity she was not at work I left the message she never phoned me back as I requested. I went back again she gave me attitude that she can't find my reward card I have to pay and get a new card, like really... she didn't even show any sympathy and she's the one who missed place my card because I did the last purchased at their store and is was late I was the last customer to buy. What an inconvenienced bad services!! <br>
