Refusal of Return
I attempted to return/exchange oversized pants that i purhased at Jabulani Mall Fashion express at Festival Mall On 8Dec 15 and returned on 11 Dec 15. The lady informed me cant exchange my pants as they are no longer sell plus size garments at their Store. She suggested i go to Jabulani Mall to get assitance. I.work at the airport and it makes.sense for.me.to want to return.the goods.near to.my.workplace
