Refund not processed
I went to Fashion express on the 31 of December to purchase some items, when I got home they were not fitting so I returned some of them on the 3rd of January, they made the refund and made a reversal on my debit card, 3 days later the money is still not reflecting on my account. I called FNB to confirm and they confirmed that there's no refund done on my account. I don't understand why they didn't call me because clearly when they close books for the day they would know they are over with that amount, they didn't even bother to call me to say it didn't go through... I would like my money back pls
