Refund
I bought 2 pack diamante encrusted rings online and the ring did not have a stone, code ***2. I went to The Fix in Mayfield mall to return it and was advised that I can't be refunded because it did not have a stone. The rings are still in its original packaging. Make me understand how I can't be assisted when the ring was delivered without a stone.
