R300 payment that's not showing on my online profile account

Yesterday I paid R300 into my The Fix account and it wasn't deducted from the money I owe, only showed R300 credit instead. Now today when I login into my account that R300 credit is gone and the R300 I paid is still not deducted

I also want to know why the money I owe on my online account is different from the physical statement I receive monthly? The online profile account is much higher than the physical statement.

And can you shift my payments so I can pay on the 29th of every month. I also want to mention those service fees you charge us are ridiculous and you can't be charging those fees twice every month and on the same day. Also improve your clothing quality cause there is alot going on there and what's shocking is that you put those high prices on those bad quality clothes and shoes.
