Purchased items not received

I was shopping at The Fix in centurion mall on 21 November 2024 at 15:06 and the store clerk Kelethoko Kobedi packed 2 bags and only gave us 1 the items costed R2660 and the ones missing costed R1123 and we only noticed the items were missing when we reached home and unfortunately it was late. I couldn’t go the following day to check because I was working so I tried to call the number on the receipt but it doesn’t exist and the helpline gave multiple numbers to call but they also didn’t work so I called Foshini at centurion mall to assist me so they told me they would go to The Fix and ask someone to call me back but nobody got back to me. Please help us to locate the lady who helped us at the store to confirm that our items are there. I feel that I was unfairly treated as a customer. It’s very frustrating not knowing what happened to the other items that we purchased
