Poor Service The Fix Atlantis

I have returned the item on 26 September, and to date it was not accredited on my account.

I was into the store to do a follow up but was advised it would take 3 days to process as it was an online purchase. It has been more than 3 working days and my return has not yet been accredited to my account. No answer is given as to why. Poor service The Fix Atlantis Store
