Poor service

Today I experienced one of the poorest services ever. We entered the store in promenade mall. Searching for a particular item. Shop assistants were going about doing their own thing. Chatting around. Not once were there someone who offered assistance. We eventually approached an assistant and enquired if they perhaps have stock of a particular item.To my surprise the young lady did not even make eye contact with us,she bluntly answered with a brief no and went about doing what she was doing .where is the offering of services? A clothing store does not have assistance to just pack clothes right ,but to try and help the clients to satisfaction
