Poor service

I'm so disappointed n angry, I have a tfg account bought a cellphone included an insurance and when i lost my phone I experience drama from the fix jabulani mall from July till now September I haven't received my phone,,,, spoke to Gugu the manager n Dineo Area manager didn't follow up as promised I have to follow them to do their job .
