Poor Service delivery (worn shoes)

I ordered shoes online on the 3rd of November and I they got delivered today. When I opened the package the shoes were damaged and dirty, seems like they were worn and returned to the shop, but still the fix gave me the very same shoes. I would really appreciate it if I got a new pair of shoes or my money back.
