POOR SERVICE AT THE FIX SIYABUSWA MALL

Generally The FIX is a cool store and I always shop there from time to time. but my last experience with the FIX SIYABUSWA MALL has been horrific. I bought clothes and paid with my Bank card on the 18th of June 2024. i was told the system went off in the middle of the transaction and they will not give me the items purchased , the money will reflect back to my account by the end of the day. 3 weeks later there is nothing and no feedback received. I have to constantly call for an update and it is always one story to another. I am appalled by their service and the attitude from the manager is the worst of it all.
