Poor service at The Fix

I bought shoes at The Fix in Capegate Mall on the 24 September 2021, I did fit them and they seemed comfortable and I did ask the assistant if there’s something wrong with them can I bring them back and she said yes. I wore them the next day and I could not go very far as they were twisting side ways and I took them off. On the 5th of October 2021 I returned them and the cashier ( Michole) refused to take them and then the supervisor (Thokozile or Thokozani) was very rude and told me that I wore them mores than once as if she was with me at the time. Now I am stuck with shoes that I can’t wear because The Fix won’t take them back.
