poor service

Bought a phone used it for 10 days it was faulty,took it to the store Lebo said it will go for repairs it will take 21 days its two months 1week now they not calling I'm the one doing follow up with The Fix in Westgate shopping centre Ro odepoort I asked for refund the Area manager Dineo Mokgapela told me she won't refund I must wait for the phone when ever MTN its done with the phone. Central office lady jennien is nowhere to be found She doesn't answer my calls this store its under Foschin they have bad customer service from the store to their central office..
