Poor customer service

Went in with a friend to try on shoes and a top.We had no idea that you can't take shoes into the changing room.There are no signs indicating it.My friend just finished putting her own top back on when we heard knocking on the door. And we rep**** "busy" but one of the employees just barged in after we said busy looking for the shoes. Although my friend was done changing the lady could have walked in while she was naked. She also popped her head into the changing room looking around suspiciously implying that we were shoplifting. Might I add we had no bags with us. If the store didn't have clothing items that I liked I would never buy there again. I think the situation is totally unacceptable and could have been handled way better. Her behavior was not friendly at all.
