Poor customer service and attitude

On Thursday the 15th of June I went to Westgate Mall, decided to buy two jackets that I saw on sale at THE FIX store. When I got to the till I asked the lady who was assisting me who goes by the name of Johanna if the jackets were still on sale for R299.99. She said the jackets have went back to normal price, I told her that the jacket that was in the front had a green sticker on it that showed that the jackets were still on sale. She then said to me she won't give them to me for the price I saw... I asked if I should fetch the jacket that was in the front as it was marked down and had a green sticker on it. She said even if I did, she will not sell them to me for R299.99. The other lady who works there went to remove the green sticker on the jacket that was in the front. She then authorized the sale and she goes by the name of Nthabiseng. I was not pleased with the service they rendered to me, it was a very bad service. It's not my fault that they don't keep track of what's happening in their store. TFG should remind them of what customer service is and why they are there in the first place. If they are not happy with their job, they should give other's a chance. SA has a very high unemployment rate, I'm sure someone out there will be willing to do better. None of them apologized for what they did.
