Poor customer service

Yesterday I went to The Fix in germiston goldenwalk.i was looking for barrel jeans I asked 1 of the stuff if they could assist on the size she said let me check for you if we do have in the system.she said yes we do have in the boxes she asked 1 of the guys to open the boxes and check the size coz the boxes were not far while she was asking the guy, i asked her how many percent of their layby.thats when everything went south the lady said hawu with an attitude you giving us too much job kanti you want to layby.i didn't know layby customers were not important..i told the lady that im going to shoprite yo withdraw while the guy is busy checking the jean.i went to shoprite and when I came back I found the guys standing not opening the boxes and checking the denim. imagine it was only 5 boxes small 1..I asked the guy hawu you said you will check my denim the guy said yes I will check is going to take time you can go somewhere and come back later can you imagine you could see the guy was not interested to assist me I told him you know what let me fit the other size to see if it fits yhoo it was very big I went backbtobthe guy and the lady to tell them yhooo this size is very big I need this jean the guy said...I'll check the was not even any customer in the store I was the only customer who need their customer service.now I was ****ed I ask the lady you doing this because I asked about a layby how sure are you i was going to layby or buy cash can you imagine she said you can go and come back other time ....I asked her what if I come back and the is no size ? I felt disrespected,unwelcomed,undermined
