Poor customer service.

Poor customer service !!!!!!! Purchased a cell phone on the 26th of August. The store manager sold me a phone without activating it and ensuring the device was working. When I got home the device was stuck on the logo and did not turn on. I returned it within 7 days as per the obf policy. Waited for 2 weeks only to receive the same broken device with the same issue. To make things worse, the phone was sent back without the pouch and earphones, only the charger was sent back. What service is this??? The consultant then told me that the manager would have to deal with the query. I got my sister to call on our behalf because they are taking advantage over people that do not understand how these things work only to be told that the owner had to call in a rude manor. These people have no common decency for people that work. We have to keep calling and going to the store to check. I expect someone higher than the store manager to contact me. I want a new phone or a full refund!
