I had the worst experience at the fix Alexandra went to exchange an item for another 1 they took the the item n reversed the item to a card after asked m a card I told this was a gift n they told m thrz nothing they can d they to my item n told m to find the person who bought the gift n tell him to bring m the card told them his far they said it's not their problem I asked for the email address for head office they told m no one had it was assisted by Bridgette n bonakele
