POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi. My issue is with the fix store at pan Africa Mall. The lady with the name bonakele is very Unwelcoming and not helpful. I had an issue with items that were bought for me as a gift and they did not fit so i decided to take them back there for a exchange not even refund, the clothes still had tags on with clear prices on. She then said no call the person who bought you these items or we will exchange them at a lower price which didn't make sense.. She then ignored me as i asked questions, didn't not attend me then said you can use the system and exchange for yourself, imagine the audacity to tell a customer that instead of making them understand how it works.she was really rude. I then had to take up with her offer because I live far from the fix stores
