Poor clothing quality
I am so frustrated, angry and disappointed with your quality.
I bought a Bu black Biker jacket at the Fix Randburg square february and only for it to be damaged in less than 30 days…
The amount of money I paid for the jacket I did even enjoy because it damaged am so disappointed with you guys……and I want it back… I cant pat R449 and only get to use the item for a month!!!!!!
It is pathetic…..IMPROVE YOUR QUALITY CLOTHING.

I really appreciate how you helped me and your commitment and willingness to assist was so professional. In addition , thank you to the lady who called me from Mall of Africa TheFix.I think she goes by the name Merlina OR Berlina , she was also helpful. I am so happy , I got myself another BU Biker Jacket .... Big to Nono the store manager @TheFix Randburg she is friendly and so cool.
