PATIENCE NDLOVU IS RUDE
<p>On the 18th Dec I was at The Fix Jabulani Mall standing in the queue to make payment for my garments. I was then shoved by a lady called Patience Ndlovu. I approached her thinking that she would apologise but no, she rudely glanced at me like i meant nothing. When I asked for her name a colleague of hers told me that she always gets away with rude behaviour towards customers. That was totally uncalled for and my shopping experience was ruined. I'm a paying customer and I deserve the respect that I give to people rendering me service.</p>
