Pathetic service

Pathetic service. The order I ordered on the 8th of Dec only arrived now after they had promised me my refund. I didn’t say I want that order anymore I said I want my money back I don’t know what’s so difficult to understand. If you delivering the package weeks later makes up for the pathetic service then y’all have a long way to go.
