Pathetic service
I bought a pair of heels online on bash from The Fix and The Fix canal walk sent me heels that were damaged and because of this stupid store I had to walk up and down 5 times to The Fix in Claremont for their assistance because of your dumb policies that inconvenience the customers

20 Nov 2025, 17:12And to add to it after telling the manager at The Fix Claremont that I walked to their store 4 times he asked me what time I work until and when I told him he had the nerve to tell me oh by that time we long gone as if I’m a joke to them , they do not accommodate their customers and have no sympathy at all .
