Pathetic service

<p>Went to buy clothing and accesories on Saturday 19th of Nov 2016 at The Fix in East Rand Mall Boksburg. I bought clothing as well as earrings and bangles. When I got home the cashier packed the earrings (glass ball earrings) together with the big bangle and the other big earrings and the clothing in one bag and was the glass ***** broken. This is very *********** and she should have packed this seperately due to the glass. I phoned them on Monday to be told there is nothing they can do about this. How pathetic. So i paid R50 for something still in the package BUT damaged. No Fix will see me again and I will also tell all my friends/family not to support any Fix. </p>
