Pathetic service

<p>I just want to express my complete disgust and shocking experience I recieved from The FIX store in Gugulethu square centre. I bought a jean the on Thursday and when I got home I realised that I have been over charged and the next morning went to enquire about it and the store manager gave me this negative attitude and said there is nothing she can do about it. The last time I checked people paid for what is advertised and her failure to acknowledge that shows that she is incompitent and lacks leadership s****s. I want to lay a formal complaint with NC because we are being ********** day light here.</p>
